Refund Policy

At RecentFollowed, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with our service, we offer refunds under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase if you have not accessed or viewed any search results. Once you have viewed the full results of a search, the service is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in cases of misuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or if the service has been fully delivered (i.e., search results have been viewed).
